A constant force at music venues and festivals through energetic bouts of electric aggression and emotion furiously flung without much care of consequence, The Bay Area's own Overland has built a solid following in California since forming in 2013 and releasing their first demo the following year. This four-piece alternative heavy rock band has not only taken on numerous headlining spots throughout the Bay Area, but they have gained attention for their Latest single release “Concrete Crown”.
Overland has performed on both locally and internationally known stages, such as The Whiskey A Go Go in West Hollywood, The Great American Music Hall and Slim's in San Francisco. Featured at the Mountain Vibe Music Festival of 2014, 2015, 2016 and for the upcoming 2017 event, Overland has been the opening act for up and coming national touring bands such as The Stone Foxes, The Iron Heart, Fritz Montana and The Sunpilots.
Their songs packed with dynamic textures that are reminiscent of the great progressive and atmospheric bands from the ‘60s and ‘70s, Through mighty riffs, slow-burning ballads and fast-moving strummers, Overland is unafraid to lead you on an arduous musical journey. With the recent release of the five song EP - Luna , Overland is ready to take the next step and share their music with the rest of the world.
Overland is a band full of raw talent, with a driving force behind they're music, truly an up and coming band to be reckoned with.

Rock can be very hit or miss on the local level. Sometimes, the singers voice isn't as great as he thinks it is, sometimes the music just ends up a little boring after a few songs. This is not the case with Overland.
